Hop Instructions

Use 1 gram of Simcoe and 2 grams of Sorachi Ace in hop bag 1 during the boil.
Use 5 grams of Simcoe and 5 grams of Sorachi Ace in hop bag 2 during the boil.
Use 5 grams of Mosaic and 5 grams of Citra in hop bag 3 during the boil.
Use 10 grams of Mosaic in the hop bag 4 during the boil.
Use 10 grams of Citra in the hop bag 5 during the boil.

For fry hop during fermentation, mix 20 grams of Mosaic + 20 grams of Citra

The remaining hops can be sealed and stored in the freezer if you'd like to use them in a future brew.
