How to make the recipe?

Your brew kit contains the ingredients you need to make your recipe with MiniBrew.

1. Find your recipe

Each recipe kit comes with a QR code. Scan the QR code to load the recipe from the cloud onto your MiniBrew. You can also find the recipe in the MiniBrew recipe library. The MiniBrew web app will guide you through the brewing process step by step.

2. Check your ingredients

If you received multiple recipes in one shipment, your supplier may have packed the ingredients together. Before brewing, use the information below to make sure you have selected the correct ingredients for this recipe.

1× malt bag — The malt is already crushed and premixed in the correct proportions. The name of the recipe is printed on the malt bag.

2x Hop bags — For this recipe, prepare:

5 grams of Simcoe hops in Hop Bag 1 — add during the boil.
5 grams of Mosaic hops in Hop Bag 2 — add during the boil.
5 grams of Simcoe hops in Hop Bag 3 — add during the boil.
5 grams of Mosaic hops in Hop Bag 4 — add during the boil.
5 grams of Simcoe hops in Hop Bag 5 — add during the boil.
Dry hop: 25 grams of Simcoe + 10 grams of Mosaic — place together in a dry-hop bag and add during fermentation.

Any hops left over can be resealed and stored in the freezer for a future brew.

1× yeast — Safale US-05

Use the yeast indicated above for this recipe.

Nothing sits on a shelf. Here’s what happens after you order.

1 You order Today

Your recipe goes straight to the blender nearest you — Braumischung, Germany.

2 We make it 2–4 working days

Malt milled, hops weighed, yeast packed — for your order specifically. This is the bit that costs a few days and buys you the aroma.

3 It ships 1–3 working days

Out the door the moment it’s blended, tracked all the way. One to three working days across the EU, depending where you are.

Most orders land within a week of ordering. Supermarket kits are milled months ahead and left to go stale. Ours can’t be, because yours doesn’t exist until you buy it.
