EU repair coverage

Request a pick-up at your location to have a courier pick up your Base Station or Smart Keg for repair service

Mail-in repair your Base Station or Smart Keg by using a prepaid shipping box provided by MiniBrew

EU repair coverage, both parts, and labor from MiniBrew-authorized technicians and shipment from your location to our warehouse and back to your location. Coverage includes the following:

Your CRAFT system or keg

Included accessories such as the power adapter, tap, co2 regulator

Unlimited repair service each 12 months replacement regarding either the pump, heater, hops motor, or 3way valve every 12 months.

The Peace of Mind Maintenance Service is linked to your account where you have a specific ID Base station (s) and Smart Keg (s)

This service is only valid in the EU (geography). 

This service is not valid for used / second hand systems.
