As MiniBrew designs, the brewing system, the operating system, and Brew Packs, MiniBrew Peace of Mind Service gives you an extension of the warranty for 3 additional years and a one-stop service from MiniBrew experts.

• 7 days in the week priority access to MiniBrew experts by chat, mail, or phone (we call you)
• Quick how-to questions about brewing possibilities and MiniBrew services
• Inside tips about connecting to third-party tools and materials
• EU repair coverage
• Request a pick-up at your location to have a courier pick up your Base Station or Smart Keg for repair service
• Mail-in repair your Base Station or Smart Keg by using a prepaid shipping box provided by MiniBrew
• EU repair coverage, both parts, and labor from MiniBrew-authorized technicians and shipment from your location to our warehouse and back to your location. Coverage includes the following:
• Your CRAFT system or keg
• Included accessories such as the power adapter, tap, co2 regulator
• Unlimited repair service each 12 months replacement regarding either the pump, heater, hops motor, or 3way valve every 12 months.

Extra on top of the regular Peace of Mind Maintenance Service

• • A replacement package of parts that tend to get colored after usage (after each 25 brews), such as keg filter, mash filters (top + bottom), keg receivers parts (ring, seal, filter), and mash tun receiver parts (ring, seal, body, tube, cap)
  • Eligible up to yearly ad-hoc & scheduled maintenance checks after a consult with MiniBrew-authorized technicians

The Peace of Mind Maintenance & Replacement Service is linked to your account where you have got a specific ID Base station (s) and Smart Keg (s)
