We ship in the fall of 2023.

We ship to countries within the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and offer full services, such as verified certification by TUV, 7 days  support and repair service. 

We ship to few countries outside the EU such as Australia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, UAE, South Korea, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore with limited service (eu support hours, self repair option and local import tax required)

All orders are processed after the stated delivery date on the website. Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends, but not on holidays. After adding the order to your cart shipping cost can be calculated. Packages are mainly shipped by PostNL or DHL, unless otherwise stated. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new CRAFT, CRAFT Pro, CRAFT Pro+ or Smart Keg you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery via our support team.

Our support team will provide you with a return label. Returns of MiniBrew equipment must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging. Returns made outside these conditions can not be refunded.

Brew packs

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends, but not on holidays. After adding the order to your cart shipping cost can be calculated. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a brew pack you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery via our support team.

Our support team will provide you with a return label. Returns of a brew pack must be unopened and  made within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging. Returns made outside these conditions can not be refunded.

Membership

When activating the Pro membership (pro.minibrew.io)  or buying a warranty package you get instant access.

For the Pro-membership your card will be charged on the same day each month or year as the day you first activated your Pro-Membership.

The Warranty Package will be activated from the day you buy it and valid for 3 years. If you will not be able to use your Membership you can cancel anytime.
