Hardware Pre-orders:

• Pre-orders placed between 2021 and 2023 have delivery windows starting from November 2023 to January 2024.
• New orders are expected to be delivered between February and March 2024.
• We provide full services, such as TUV certification, 7-day support, and repair service, to countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).
• For countries outside the EU, including Australia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, UAE, South Korea, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, we offer limited services (EU support hours, self-repair option, and local import tax requirement).

GEN 3 with Brew Packs:

• Orders for a GEN 3 with brew packs are expected to have a delivery window similar to hardware pre-orders.

Separate Orders:

• For separate orders within countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), delivery is expected between 2-7 business days.
• Orders to countries outside the EU, including Australia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, UAE, South Korea, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, may take up to two weeks for delivery.

Membership:

• When you activate the Pro membership (pro.minibrew.io) or purchase a warranty package, you gain instant access.
• For the Pro membership, your card will be charged on the same day each month or year as the day you first activated your Pro-Membership.
• The Warranty Package is activated from the day you buy it and is valid for 3 years.
• If you're unable to use your Membership, you can cancel it at any time.
