Hopfenweisse

As fresh as a Weizen, but more fruity! This Hopfenweisse gives an intense floral taste with notes of tangerine coming from the dry-hop. A perfect beer for the terrace!

This beer was an existing beer in the Brothers in Law range. Because of the success of this beer, this beer is now made available as a Brew Pack on the MiniBrew. 

This recipe includes dry-hopping. Dry-hopping entails adding hops late in the brewing process, most often during fermentation. The benefit is to get as much flavor and aroma possible into the final beer

Fermentation time: 14 days to drink 24 glasses of beer (25cl)
